Interview
If your skills align with an open role, a member of our recruiting team will reach out to you. Most interviews follow these steps:
- Phone Interview with a recruiter
- Conduct a personality and aptitude assessment
- Video Interview(s) with the team and hiring manager(s)
Note: Some roles may include additional steps based on the team and position (like technical skills interviews!).
Decide
After your interviews, it’s time to decide if this is the right fit for both you and the team. If the match is right, we’ll extend an offer and kick off your onboarding process!
