Kibo Leads for Commerce Experience in The Forrester Wave™: B2C Commerce Solutions, Q2 2022

As I shared in my previous blog posts, the team at Kibo is very excited about being named the sole Leader in The Forrester Wave™: B2C Commerce Solutions, Q2 2022.

If you want to learn more about Kibo Headless eCommerce architecture, then I encourage you to check out my previous blog on that topic. But in this blog, I am going to focus on the commerce experience, including order and inventory management and multisite capabilities that have helped leading brands and retailers thrive.

In the Forrester report, we were thrilled that Kibo Headless eCommerce received top rankings for the overall commerce experience (4.9 out of 5), and for order and inventory management, and multisite (5 out of 5).

I will go over the key details and features of our market-leading solution below that makes it easier for the various end-users in Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Service to do their jobs more effectively to build engaging shopping experiences to build brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

Kibo Headless eCommerce is built on strong core capabilities

Forrester defines the ‘commerce experience’ as consisting of front-end management, content, digital assets, and testing and optimization capabilities.

Kibo Headless eCommerce provides powerful tools that make it easy for marketers to promote their products and services in digital channels. We provide pre-built integrations to leading storefront and CMS technologies. We also have optional, native Site Builder and Page Editor tools to get started quickly. The testing and optimization capabilities, leveraging Monetate solution, allows marketers to launch experiments quickly as A/B, multivariate, and dynamic tests across all channels.

Gartner, another leading industry analyst, also noted Kibo’s strong offering with the #1 ranking in core commerce in the 2021 Gartner Critical Capabilities for Digital Commerce report.

Order and inventory management

Kibo recognizes that retailers and brands need a great commerce site to facilitate digital sales. But, the other half of the equation is on managing and fulfilling the orders that come through. Order and inventory management helps optimize the customer experience by showing available inventory in real-time across locations, managing orders, and modifying an order post-purchase.

Kibo makes this experience seamless as the order and inventory management features use the same microservices that power Kibo Order Management, which was named a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave: Order Management Systems, Q2 2021. Furthermore, Kibo was acknowledged by Forrester for being “the only vendor that covers both OMS and commerce with a unified platform,” in its Questions About the Future of Commerce Tech on FIRE! – Answered! Report.

Multisite Support

Multisite is the ability to support child stores or multiple websites from a single instance.

Kibo enables retailers and brands to launch sites quickly and with fewer resources. For example, take our long-term client, Jelly Belly, who saved years and internal resources while improving performance and business metrics.

Kibo Customers Help Us Shine

At Kibo, we have a strong feedback culture. This means that we are in constant communication with our customers so we can learn about their commerce initiatives and needs so we can continue to build upon and improve Kibo Headless eCommerce, Kibo Order Management, and Kibo Personalization.

We also leverage customer reviews on websites such as G2, Capterra, and TrustRadius and analyst feedback when building out our product roadmap. Therefore, we owe a big thank you to our customers who have been so generous in offering their honest reviews online and sharing their experiences about working with Kibo and our solutions.

Kibo’s commerce solutions help the various stakeholders from all parts of the commerce journey, from developers, marketers, supply chain professionals, CSRs, and more to deliver on the promise of modern, omnichannel experiences for their organizations.
