We don’t fear complexity; we organize it. We transform fragmented, messy systems into a highly organized, efficient, and sophisticated operation.
Real-Time Inventory. Instant
Visibility. Absolute Accuracy.
KIBO Inventory Visibility combines KIBO’s Inventory, Locations, and Real-Time Inventory Service into a focused module that answers a simple, critical question: “What do we have available to sell, and where?” Power accurate BOPIS, ship-to-home, and branch-level stock visibility for B2B and B2C Commerce.

Empower reps and sales agents with the unified availability data to confidently promise delivery.
Inventory + Locations + Real-

FAQs
Do we have to use KIBO Order Management to get Inventory Visibility?
No. You can use Inventory Visibility as a standalone module, sourcing data from ERPs, WMS, and other systems, and then calling its APIs from any storefront or application.
How “real-time” is the Real-Time Inventory Service (RIS)?
Inventory status updates quickly based on configured jobs, events, and integrations. RIS is designed to provide up-to-date availability to search, PDPs, and cart, without requiring every channel to talk directly to every source system.
Can we include future inventory and pre-orders?
Yes. You can expose future inventory in availability calculations within a defined horizon, allowing you to safely promote pre-orders or upcoming stock.
What’s the difference between the Inventory Visibility and Inventory Promising modules?
Inventory Visibility answers “what is available where” across your network. Inventory Promising adds order routing logic and date calculations to answer “where should we fulfill from, and when can we deliver?”
