Danny Valentino
Director of IT eCommerce Home Hardware
We are a franchise with 1100 stores across the country.
Because Kibo’s order management system is headless, we can make incremental changes to the fulfillment interface to all locations and say, ‘We’re going to make this improvement to how you can return a product.’ We are also able to make changes to the UI specific to individual stores which has been a big help.

CTO, Fortis Life Sciences
I was looking for something that would enable us to build B2B customer experiences rapidly with flexibility,
and have really strong search experiences, have an efficient checkout process, perform well with SEO page speed, and that I was confident with the [platform] scalability and stability. A lot of competitors or other e–commerce platforms might do little pieces better, but we weren’t able to find a company that we felt as comfortable would meet our needs in the short term and the long term as Kibo.

FAQs
Why do we price based on order lines?
Most providers charge based on GMV of the overall business, resulting in higher subscription fees as GMV grows. GMV not only accounts for the number of order lines, but it also considers the value of each order line, resulting in higher charges as a result of their business model. Instead, Kibo prices its platform based on the number of order lines ingested versus GMV. Kibo prices based on usage only, rather than both usage and potential revenue. This means you won’t be charged if you have a lower profit margin, or you have high-value transactions with low volume.
Can I customize a package?
Yes, you may customize each package plan based on your specific requirements, and can roll out solutions in phased approaches or all at once based on your needs. Reach out to our team to discuss options.
What is MACH/benefits of MACH architecture
MACH architecture, standing for Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless, is an approach to building and deploying systems that emphasizes modular design, interoperability, scalability, and flexibility. Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or add on other products at any time. We want to ensure the platform adapts with your evolving business and customer needs.
What is extensibility?
Extensibility refers to the ability of a system, framework, or software application to easily accommodate and integrate additional functionalities or features. As a result, you can customize the platform with a flexible API layer to meet your specific needs.
