Meet the Team
Ram Venkataraman – Chief Executive Officer
Joined Kibo in 2018
As the CEO, Ram is focused on building an organization that can maximize its potential. He has always viewed leadership through the lenses of growing and ensuring the well-being of the individual and the team.
He’s spent more than 25 years of his career working at software companies that range from bootstrapped startups to public companies. He has held senior executive positions for more than a decade driving product and technology functions.
Fun Fact: His favorite cities to visit are Istanbul and Hong Kong.
“Kibo is first and foremost a commerce technology platform. As I transition from Chief Technology Officer to Chief Executive Officer, I’ll be focused on allocating our resources and efforts to ensuring that the market knows that and echoes that sentiment.”

Vinesh Vis – Chief Revenue Officer

As CRO, Vinesh is focused on leading the marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to help achieve the company’s revenue goals. He has almost two decades of experience working for founder built, private equity backed, and publicly traded companies. At BigMachines, he led a sales team that pioneered the CPQ (Configure, Price, & Quote) space and an ultimate acquisition by Oracle.
Fun Fact: His favorite car is a Ferrari 488 GTB.
Thom Phipps – Chief Technology Officer
Joined Kibo in 2019
As CTO, Thom is focused on driving technical excellence and innovation across the platform, in order to enable partners and customers to meet their business goals effectively and efficiently. He led the creation of Volusion’s medium and large business omnichannel commerce offering, Mozu, which was acquired by Kibo in 2016.
Fun Fact: “I have 2 daughters that always get the best of me, a dog that’s always hungry, another that doesn’t go left, and a lovely partner that nearly always supports me.”
Brandon Flora – Chief Financial Officer
Joined Kibo in 2021
As CFO, Brandon is focused on reporting and communicating the company’s financial performance, partnering with other teams to forecast future performance, and analyzing data that will drive business decisions and actions. He’s worked for several leading private equity and publicly traded software and technology companies with operating experience in financial planning and analysis, strategy, business operations, sales operations, and go-to-market execution.
Fun Fact: His favorite movie is the 1991 blockbuster hit, Point Break.
Marjorie Edwards – Chief People Officer
Joined Kibo in 2021
Marjorie’s role at Kibo is centered around attracting and retaining top talent, providing an outstanding employee experience that drives business outcomes and cultivating culture. She’s spent most of her career in Human Resources for technology companies, leading through IPO, M&A and high impact transitions.
Fun Fact: Her favorite TV show is a tossup between Ted Lasso, Call the Midwife, Succession, and Ozark.
Josh Randall – SVP of Client Success

At Kibo, Josh is focused on the support and success of our clients through their entire life cycle. He’s been with Kibo for just over 5 years, starting off managing Tier 2 Technical Support, and has had roles across Support, Engineering, and back to Support again.
“I am thrilled to continue my journey at Kibo and bring together the expertise of the Support, Engineering, and Client Success teams. We’ll be able to deepen our ability to meet the needs of the technology community and serve our clients in all aspects of their transformative initiatives,” said Randall.
Sachin Sharma – SVP of Product
Joined Kibo in 2018
In his role at Kibo, Sachin leads the Product Strategy, Product Management, UX, and Documentation functions and focuses on how Kibo can best innovate to drive additional value for current and future clients. Previously, he worked for Vista Equity Partners in their operating arm and worked with executive teams across Vista’s portfolio.
Fun Fact: His favorite concert is LCD Soundsystem.
Nico Zilveti – Director of Strategic Programs
Joined Kibo in 2019
As Director of Strategic Programs, Nico is focused on executing key cross-functional initiatives that help propel Kibo forward. He’s been in the Vista ecosystem for several years with operating experience in strategy, partnerships, business operations, product marketing, pricing, new product rollout and systems overhaul at Kibo and previously at Khoros.
Fun Fact: His favorite tac is Trailer Park from Torchy’s.
Mike Stanczak – SVP of Professional Services
Joined Kibo in 2020
In his role, Mike is centered around bringing our products to life for our clients — from mid-sales cycle through getting them live on our platforms and then adding more functionality post go-live. He has spent the last 12+ years working with SaaS companies delivering solutions that meet customer needs and delivering successful outcomes.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and his favorite golf ball is Bridgestone TOUR B XS.
