Once the cart is ready, the CSR clicks Add Items to Order and hands control back to the shopper to complete checkout — including entering their own payment information. CSRs can access Cart Takeover directly from the Customers table or customer detail page, selecting a site and navigating to the external storefront to edit the cart there. Alternatively, they can use the Populate Items from Cart action in the Admin UI to pull the shopper’s external cart contents into an offline order for submission.
