As AI agents, chatbots, and shopping bots become the new front door for discovery, the challenge lies in securely connecting them to your live commerce data. Our demo shows how KIBO’s MCP Server solves this problem. It acts as a secure orchestration layer that provides full, governed access to your catalog and inventory, routing requests and returning filtered results without ever exposing raw endpoints or sensitive business logic.
What you’ll learn in 1 minute:

For demonstrating KIBO’s MCP server, we’ve connected Claude to KIBO with an MCP server that provides full access to all catalog and inventory information as the secure orchestration layer.
Claude can now access live product data, availability, pricing, and attributes directly from KIBO with all the data structured, permissioned, and fully governed.
Let’s ask Claude to find us new shoes. Claude uses the MCP server to query KIBO in real time.
The MCP translates the agent’s request into a structured API call, routes it to KIBO services, and returns filtered results without exposing raw endpoints or sensitive business logic.
This positions KIBO clients to participate in the next wave of commerce, where their catalogs and offers can be safely, and in real time, exposed to personal agents, shopping bots, and other agentic solutions.
This unlocks new channels for discovery and conversion while maintaining full control and governance.
