The Challenge
Improving Customer and Associate Experience
Honey Birdette used Salesforce OMS for order management and Mulesoft for integrations with its Shopify eCommerce platform. Although satisfied with Shopify’s performance, the team saw potential cost savings by replacing Salesforce-Mulesoft with Kibo-Boomi. This switch could improve margins without losing functionality.
