KIBO streamlined multisite management enables businesses to effortlessly create and oversee numerous websites within a single user friendly platform.

Utilize master catalogs and child catalogs to tailor each site while centralizing customer data at the tenant level.

KIBO’s unique customer sets feature empowers you to control site access and information sharing, such as which specific sites your customers can access using the same login credentials, as well as what customers’ my account information is shared between sites, facilitating a seamless shopping experience with features like cross site cart sharing.

Each new site in KIBO is linked to either a new or existing catalog.

Merchants can create countless master catalogs within their tenant, and each master catalog can house unlimited child catalogs.

Products are centrally managed at the master catalog level, efficiently populating down in the child catalogs.

Let’s take a look at our current setup.

My tenant has one master catalog and several child catalogs.

Child catalogs can be linked to a site, multiple sites, or even exist independently within KIBO.

To create a new site, I begin by creating a new child catalog to inherit data from its parent master catalog.

I’ll demonstrate by creating a German catalog in the German locale and using euros as the currency.

Locales are established on the master catalog level and can be configured for any of the many locales and currencies supported by KIBO.

KIBO provides comprehensive support for over a hundred currencies and two hundred plus languages, including double byte languages and currencies with four decimal points.

With my catalog created, I can now establish a new site.

I have three existing sites, but I can create as many as needed using the new catalog.

When creating a site, I’ll assign a name, determine whether it’ll be a storefront or non storefront site, link it to the catalog, and specify the country.

Once a site is created, I can seamlessly integrate new or existing applications.

In this example, I have numerous apps available, which I can easily configure for all sites, including the German site.

Now let’s explore the general settings.

I can toggle KIBO’s transactional emails and manage out of the box SMS messaging.

Storefront settings like customer wish lists and address validation can be adjusted here as well.

I could connect a Google Analytics account and enable features such as auto capture and buy online, pickup in store.

Merchants can also activate payment gateways, choose specific payment types, and configure shipping methods and amounts for each site.

Each site can be managed independently, allowing merchants to tailor settings to their specific needs.

All these configurations are easily accessible and adjustable within the admin interface by the business user.

Now that our site is up, let’s dive into product categorization and content management.

The master catalog contains all of my products, but the German catalog is currently empty.

I’ll click on a product to add it to my new catalog, but I could also do this in bulk by using quick edit or the import export tool mentioned earlier in recording seven.

I add the German catalog up here at the top.

While on the main master catalog page, I can localize language and other data for the German market, including descriptions, images, etc., streamlining product management.

If I wanna override pricing for the German catalog, I click on the catalog up here at the top, click override global, and input my new price here.

You can see that the system automatically sets the currency in euros.

There are additional fields that merchants can set here, tailoring them to the individual catalog.

I can choose other entities that can be applied to the new catalog, such as categories and discounts.

I can also create new products, categories, and promotions that are restricted only to the German catalog and site.

Here is the German site we’ve added with the product pushed to the German catalog with all of the localized content.
