INTERNET RETAILER’S 2018 OMNICHANNEL WINNERS IN U.S. ECOMMERCE

62% of consumers in an Internet Retailer 2018 survey said they had purchased a product online and picked it up in store in the past year.

Consumers have been blurring the shopping channel lines for a few years now, and some retailers are reaping the benefits and seeing positive business results from their omnichannel efforts.

Internet Retailer visited 24 retail shops across nine categories to evaluate the omnichannel programs they have in place. Our scoring and analysis provides a snapshot of the more successful programs and highlights areas where more work is needed.
