New fulfillment capabilities cut cost and manual effort across the packing and delivery lifecycle, from optimized box assignment to item-by-item stock resolution.
- Cartonization for Package Consolidation — Request packing recommendations at the Print Packing Slip step; the system auto-saves slips per shipment via the cartonization engine, with a 3D box view.
- Incremental, Line-Item-Level Stock Validation — Each item gets an independent availability status, and the shipment auto-advances once all items resolve — no manual trigger.
- Enhanced Delivery — Flexible Auto Capture — Configurable capture triggers (deliveryCaptureBy, deliveryCaptureOn) let capture fire at workflow steps such as Dispatch.
Future-Ready Inventory
Kibo extends future inventory from a promising tool into a resilient, fully visible part of the fulfillment loop.
- Future ATP — Auto-Reassignment on PO Cancellation — Cancelled future purchase orders automatically re-enter allocated Ship-to-Home and Delivery shipments into standard assignment. No manual intervention.
- Future Inventory Fields in Delta & Full Exports — Export jobs now include future on-hand, available, and allocated quantities alongside expected dates.
Operational Visibility
Two new dashboards give teams a single place to monitor operational health and SLA performance in real time and over history.
- Fulfillment SLA Dashboard — Historical SLA analysis across locations, fulfillment types, and time periods, with Compliant / At-Risk / Non-Compliant breakdowns and per-step drill-downs.
