Within the “Mail” section, select the “Signatures” button next to the “Create or modify signatures for messages” text.
Select the “New” button.
Type a name for your new signature and select the “OK” button.
In the “Edit Signature” section, paste the content from the URL you copied in the first step.
Update the content with your name, title, mobile/office, and email.
In the upper right, choose your default signature settings.
When you have customized all of your information and settings, select the “OK” button to save your new signature.
Open a new email message and view your new signature. Be sure that there are no typos and that your email address displays and functions as a link. Also, ensure that you have your font set to Arial size 10.
