Gregg has global responsibility for fueling Kibo’s growth objectives, including sales, sales engineering, retention, inside sales, and sales operations. Gregg has a proven track record of driving significant growth in SaaS businesses. Most recently, he led Marketo in the enterprise segment, making it the fastest growth area in the company, helping grow the company from <$10M in revenue to over $210M in a five year period. Previously he worked at Oracle for 15 years where he held roles across inside sales, field sales for strategic accounts and sales leadership.
Gregg received his BA in Political Science from UC Davis.
Rick is responsible for all financial and back-office departments including Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Facilities, Legal, and IT. Rick brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and has an extensive track record of building and growing companies both organically and inorganically. Most recently, he held the CFO position for Appriss, a SaaS and data provider in the public services sector. Prior to that he has held CFO and senior finance roles in a number of manufacturing and services businesses.
Rick received his BA in Economics (Summa Cum Laude) from Brigham Young University, and his MA and PhD in Finance and Economics from Vanderbilt University.
Eric is responsible for our overall talent strategy, people programs, and processes supporting our business strategy for growth and high performance. He is an accomplished talent management leader with 25 years of experience in global human resources. He most recently served as the Chief People Officer of Aricent, a global product engineering services firm. Prior to Aricent, he spent more than 20 years with Accenture in various talent management leadership and consulting roles.
Eric received his BA in German and MA in Psychology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
