In my role at Kibo, I lead the full post-sales organization — encompassing Professional Services, Technical Account Management, and Client Support — with a focus on ensuring every client realizes the full value of Kibo’s platform. My scope runs end-to-end, from implementation kickoff through cultivating long-term, referenceable client partnerships. I’ve spent years at the intersection of product and client success, understanding how our platform performs in the real world and what it takes to make an implementation truly successful. In this role, I’m able to bring that product depth to bear at every stage of the client journey — helping clients unlock the full potential of Kibo’s capabilities relative to their business goals, and building partnerships that last.
I started my career in strategy consulting at Stax, where I helped advise private equity firms on the attractiveness of their acquisition opportunities. After that, I joined Vista Equity Partners’ operating arm (VCG) for three years, working with executive teams across Vista’s portfolio to increase GTM effectiveness, operate more efficiently, and prioritize organic and M&A growth opportunities. From VCG, I joined Kibo as the DSP, during which time I helped create and execute on Kibo’s growth strategy. I subsequently served as Kibo’s Chief Product Officer, where I led product strategy, product management, UX/design, and documentation — and oversaw the launch of numerous product innovations, including Kibo’s Agentic Commerce suite, Reverse Logistics, and Dropship solutions. I graduated from the University of Chicago with an A.B. in economics and philosophy.
