Marjorie Edwards

Focus: My role at Kibo is centered around attracting and retaining top talent, providing an outstanding employee experience that drives business outcomes and cultivating culture. I am passionate about scaling people programs and fostering an inclusive culture where we can all be our best selves, learn and grow.

Experience: I’ve spent most of my career in human resources for technology companies, leading through IPO, M&A and high impact transitions. Prior to Kibo, I was the head of people & culture at Aceable, and led the business partner teams and global learning & development teams at Stitch Fix and RetailMeNot, respectively. I hold certifications as a SPHR (Senior Professional of Human Resources) and CPLP (Certified Professional of Learning & Performance). I have a bachelor’s degree in communications with a business certification from the University of Texas, and a master’s degree in management from Harvard University.
