I’m driven by identifying how KIBO’s unified commerce platform can be evolved to create meaningful competitive differentiation, delivering greater value for current customers and earning the confidence of future ones. A significant part of my focus is bringing practical, impactful AI-powered capabilities into the platform to help our customers unlock new revenue, reduce operational costs, and optimize their commerce processes.
I’ve spent my career at the intersection of commerce, personalization, and AI-powered SaaS. Before returning to KIBO as CPO, I served as Chief Product Officer at Monetate, where I led product strategy and launched AI-driven capabilities for major national brands. Prior to Monetate, I held product leadership roles at KIBO, Certona, LifeLock, and ID Analytics.
